24 Hours Appointment Call back

This is a new courtesy service we are offering to our patients to help in booking, cancelling or moving an appointment. If you are busy during the day and find it easy to overlook calling us why not give this simple service a go. Fill in the form, send the request and we will call you back to organise your appointment.

How does it work?

Call 028 2565 6703 during office hours, you may find it more satisfactory to speak to us in person. Outside of office hours or if we are engaged when you call, simply fill in the form on the right, with the patients name and a contact telephone number. If there are multiple appointments, for example for you and the kids use your own name. Select whether you are making a new appointment, cancelling or moving a current appointment, and then click the blue button to send your request. If an appointment need is urgent [if you are in pain] please let us know by checking the "It's Urgent" box and your request will be given top priority. That's all you have to do!

We will then get in touch with you as soon as we possibly can. The emails will be checked every hour during the day, and requests made outside office hours will be handled before 11am the following morning.

A friendly reminder

As we have to be considerate to all our patients and booking slots can be difficult to obtain please bear in mind that if you email us to cancel or rearrange an appointment with less than 24 hours notice our normal conditions apply and a cancellation fee will still be charged.
