24 Hours Appointment Call back

This is a new courtesy service we are offering to our patients to help in booking, cancelling or moving an appointment. If you are busy during the day and find it easy to overlook calling us why not give this simple service a go. Fill in the form, send the request and we will call you back to organise your appointment.

How does it work?

Call 028 2565 6703 during office hours, you may find it more satisfactory to speak to us in person. Outside of office hours or if we are engaged when you call, simply fill in the form on the right, with the patients name and a contact telephone number. If there are multiple appointments, for example for you and the kids use your own name. Select whether you are making a new appointment, cancelling or moving a current appointment, and then click the blue button to send your request. If an appointment need is urgent [if you are in pain] please let us know by checking the "It's Urgent" box and your request will be given top priority. That's all you have to do!

We will then get in touch with you as soon as we possibly can. The emails will be checked every hour during the day, and requests made outside office hours will be handled before 11am the following morning.

A friendly reminder

As we have to be considerate to all our patients and booking slots can be difficult to obtain please bear in mind that if you email us to cancel or rearrange an appointment with less than 24 hours notice our normal conditions apply and a cancellation fee will still be charged.

Long Distance Travel

If you or your family are travelling from further a field we provide a convenience service which will not only try to accomplish the most from your visit but will also look after you from when you leave until you return to your home.

What we can do

  • Provide assistance with timetable schedules

  • Provide refreshments on arrival
  • Organise lunch in a nearby eatery
  • Provide details of parking
  • Daily exchange rate for euro accepted

Preliminary information

Our aim is to make your visits as efficient and as few as possible so that you are not inconvenienced. When you contact Laura Jones we will carry out preliminary assessments by email and phone to establish as far as possible what your problems/needs are. This helps us best allocate the appointment time required to make your journey worthwhile.

Primary Schools

At Laura Jones Dental Health we understand the benefit of education and preventative measures in regards to looking after teeth.

Because we know that looking after teeth at an early stage can save an individual from problems and expense at visits in later years we have designed a specific program which a team member can bring to your primary school.

We aim to back up curriculum work done in the classroom and we can also cover topics such as oral hygiene and the importance of our teeth. For those who play sports the benefits of a well fitting mouthguards.

Members of our team can also bring some of our resources used during our own fun days to educate and bring to life some of the ideas and practices, in a hands on approach.

Family appointments

At Laura Jones Dental Health we are happy to arrange family appointments for checkups and visits to our hygienist / therapist.

Our maintenance programme provided allows us to offer discounts for a second of subsequent family member registered with us.

When parents join our practice for private dental care we are still able to offer health service care for their children.

A welcome pack is given to children under 10 to enhance their experience with us if their parents are joining us as private clients and of course children will also be invited to our regular fun days.
