Working Together

Respect is important to us. That applies to our staff, our patients, and our work.
With that in mind, we promise to:
  • Offer the best care possible
  • Understand that some people get nervous, or are self-conscious about their teeth
  • Listen to your concerns
  • Discuss your treatment options with you in detail, including costs
  • Always try to see you on time
  • Never keep you waiting without good reason
  • Offer the best treatments, techniques, and equipment available.
  • Look after your overall wellbeing with up-to–date emergency equipment and training (including a cardiac defibrillator)
  • Maintain the highest standards in control of infection within the surgeries

A happy relationship with our patients depends on some reasonable requests from our perspective too and we humbly ask:
  • Please treat all other patients, staff and visitors with respect
  • Let us know if you’re going to be late (we can use the time to see someone who is in pain)
  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible, we charge for missed appointments or cancellations at short notice without good cause, especially when it is a recurring situation.
  • Please respect our work by following advice and completing work that has been undertaken.
  • Please understand that we expect prompt payment for our services in line with our payment policy.
  • If you have a suggestion, a complaint or a compliment, please do share it with us- we welcome feedback!
  • If you are happy with the service we have provided, please don’t keep it to yourself! We would love the opportunity to care for your family, friends or colleagues.
